Why are there no prices on this page?

Because the number depends on things a table cannot capture — whether you run in our cloud or your own, how many environments you need, and what support commitment sits behind it. Rather than publish a figure that turns out to be wrong for your setup, we quote against what you are actually running. Tell us the shape of it and we will be direct about the cost.

How is Koodisi billed?

Accepted Answer

Not per task and not per operation. A workflow that takes ten steps does not cost ten times a workflow that takes one, and adding a step to something that already runs does not change what you pay. That is the part teams most often get burned by elsewhere, so it is worth saying plainly.

Question 3

Can I try Koodisi without talking to anyone?

Accepted Answer

There is a limited free tier with a sandbox environment, up to 30 active workflows, and 1,000 executions a month — enough to build something real and see how it runs before any conversation about cost.

Which plan do I need?

Accepted Answer

Work from environments and governance rather than volume. If you need a dev and prod split, that is Builder. If you need longer log retention, more seats, and a tighter support response, that is Professional. If you need on-premise or hybrid deployment, tenant isolation, or a custom SLA, that is Enterprise. If you are between two, tell us the constraint and we will say which one actually covers it.

What happens when we outgrow a plan?

You move up a tier — workflows, environments, and history come with you. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing is re-deployed. If you are close to a limit, raise it with us before you hit it rather than after.

Question 6

Can we run Koodisi on our own infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Enterprise. Koodisi runs in our cloud, on-premise, or as a hybrid where the control plane is managed and execution stays inside your network. Which one you need is usually decided by data residency or by a system that cannot be reached from outside, so it is worth raising early.

Question 7

We need to run a security review before we can buy.

Accepted Answer

Send the questionnaire and we will fill it in with you. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits are complete and approved for certification, with certificates in the issuing pipeline, and the security page documents the controls a review usually asks about. Public sector buyers can transact through GSA and Texas DIR.
